NextMERC U provides an AI-powered communication platform featuring text chat and voice interactions with advanced RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) capabilities. The service is designed with edge-first processing to ensure low latency while implementing cost optimizations for scalable usage.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a free trial that allows anonymous usage with limited functionality. Free trial users are limited to 5 messages per 24-hour period and do not have access to Whisper, ElevenLabs, or GPT-4 Turbo APIs. They receive pre-loaded bot content instead.
You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so. For example, you shall not:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NextMERC U operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
